Spotless and lovely small place with genuinely helpful staff on reception desk😃

Clean place & extremely friendly and affable staff on reception desk.

The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walk from Wenceslas Square.

Expected that there would be lift, but we didn't find it.

Spotless and fairly large venue with NICE views. Delightful and great breakfast, top-notch standard queen room. A good choice of delightful food. Exceptionally nice and ideal location close to the train station and easy access to a market and a bakery. Besides, easy to get to a central state museum. Perfect base for exploring Prague.

No lift at all.

As a light sleeper, I loved the quietness of the rooms. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to tram line and close to main attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and kept our luggage as we waited for our room. Plentiful and varied breakfast.

Nice, clean and safe hotel with good breakfast. Make sure you get to the breakfast on time otherwise you may have to wait for a spot.

No parking at the hotel. Our parking spot at another hotel was a 15 minute walk. In front of the hotel is a very busy road and no parking spot to load/unload the car.

The family apartment was large enough to accommodate a family of four. Some apartments are larger than others.

I thought that the rooms were very dark. Our apartment was not ready for us even 2 hours after check-in. No one apologized for any inconvenience.

This was a perfect location close to a private covered garden with fantastic Bohemian decorations, main train station/airport express bus stop, and Wenceslas Square and the Museum metro station. It also was very close to the main attractions too.

Warm breakfasts with numerous options. Very good customer care, parking nearby.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for clean and comfortable rooms. The attention to detail in the traditional furniture and nice decoration creates a charming Bohemian atmosphere. The central location is perfect for exploring the attractions of the city, with easy access to public transport. The breakfast, included in the price, offers numerous options for a satisfying start to the day.

The stay for business trip certainly was good value for price. The units were brand-new and the staff were extremely friendly and amicable people on reception desk. The pool was good, hot breakfasts.

Very good location, friendly staff, perfect service. Our hotelroom was elegant and comfortable, the living room was perfect for hanging around during the day, and the evening. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Bed could be more comfortable.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very close to the main shopping precinct,tesco's, trams etc. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and the service was great.

We were in the attic and only a small window on the roof, this was a little clostrophobic and extremely warm. Otherwise it was comfortable and clean.
